Please call 1-800-234-2848 to make a booking less than 24 hours in advance Lessee of above listed equipment hereby accepts same in its present existing condition and waives any warranty as to fitness, mechanical or other condition and suitability. Lessee further releases and discharges Lakeway Marina and/or employees, successors or assigns from any liability for any and all injuries, accidents, losses and damages to persons or property arising out of or in any way connected with the rental of said equipment or any other activity connected with or incidental to the rental of above described boat and equipment. Lessee further agrees to pay for any damage or loss to above listed equipment whether through fault of the lessee or not and accepts full responsibility for the proper operation of said equipment and the safety of him/herself, any passengers and equipment entrusted. Lessee further agrees to abide by all Federal & State laws applicable to the operation of said equipment. I understand that this release operates as a full and complete release and I further agree to indemnify lessor from any claims made by anyone arising in any way out of the rental of the equipment
Full payment is required for booking and there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after the 48 hour period will not be provided a credit. Refunds ONLY provided after the 48 hour cancellation policy if we cancel a reservation due to inclement weather (thunder storms with lightening) or mechanical issues.

Jen’s Marina requires all customers to understand that they are liable for any boat damage which occurs during their reservation time slot. Additionally, renters must be 21 years of age with an active boating license in order to rent and operate a boat. Renters can bring up to two dogs with them on the boat at an additional $25 per pet, but are held responsible for any damage the pet(s) incur. Renters will be charged 100% of their reservation total should they no-show, or cancel within 24 hours of their reservation. In reservation cancelled outside of the 24 hour mark, will be refunded in the full amount. Do you agree to these terms?
